A competent professional and visionary leader with over 37 years of comprehensive experience of managing large Indian & Trans-national organizations in Food and Agriculture in India, Sri Lanka and Africa. Hands on experience in leading the set up of new projects from Greenfield stage, including conceptualization, land acquisition, legal formalities up to commencement of commercial operations. Relevant experience has included several years hands on functional plantation and manufacturing experience through to Strategic Management level experience. Progressive leadership experiences have created a passion for cost reduction/revenue growth and productivity improvements through continuous process improvements, profitable business partnering, and successful project management.

Surendra graduated in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (1978) and PG Diploma in Rural Management from IRMA. He has field experience of more than 37 years in the Indian Dairy Industry. All along these years has worked continuously for improving the living condition of Milk Producers through Dairying. Have installed demonstration unit of Bio Compost using Cow Dung, Fodder Plots, Azolla crop cultivation, Gobar gas plants, Female calf rearing programme, Establishing small dairy farms, Deworming and Vaccination campaign, Artificial Insemination services network etc. He has worked as Managing Director of four milk cooperatives and have handled many projects and assignments successfully including turning around two of the sick milk cooperatives into profitable ones.

Nazrul is a graduate degree holder from the Calcutta University and is having more than 31 years experience in Poultry operations and Hatchery Management. He has worked all over India in many major Poultry Breeding Farms & Hatcheries. He has setup several large poultry projects starting from setting up Parent Breeding Farm, Hatcheries, Feed Mill, Commercial Layer & Broiler Farms and Processing Units in Eastern India. During his distinguished career, he has worked in various capacities - starting from Production / Hatchery Manager, General Manager, Technical Director / Advisor in some of the largest Companies in the Poultry business.

Pradeep Kumar Sinha, Associate Technical Pradeep graduated in Automobile engineering and since has over 30 years of experience of working in large plantations and open cast mining operations. Has hands on working experience in India, Kenya, Tanzania and lately in Uganda. He is a specialist in servicing, maintenance and overhauling of heavy earth moving equipments, engines and vehicles. He has done extensive training in Cummins Training Centre, BEML, ACC Engineering Institute and Larson & Toubro. He is adept at creating accurate power need reports, working with team to develop productivity with safety procedures and recommending equipments that will produce work efficiently and economically. He has handled large workshops and ensured the entire maintenance practices and procedures for maximum equipment availability at minimum cost.

Dinesh Gupta is a science graduate from University of Rajasthan and associate member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial management and Diploma in Personnel & Human Resource management. He possesses vast experience of 25 years as Finance Controller/ CFO in India, Madagascar, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Bangladesh & Ghana. His areas of specialization are Cost Accounting, Financial Management, budgeting, development of MIS, Internal Audit & setting up of accounting / costing systems, proficiency in implementing ERP Systems. Good negotiation skills with Vendors, Clients, Shipping lines, Bankers and Trade Unions.
